- Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms with buyers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery of products to key accounts.
- Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the main point of contact for senior buyers and stakeholders at key retail accounts, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Attend account meetings, presentations, and negotiations, representing the company's interests at the highest level.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management, with proven success managing large-scale retail accounts.
- Experience within the consumer electronics sector, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and retail environments.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving account growth.
- Excellent commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
