  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to implement tailored strategies that align with the specific needs and goals of the accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms with buyers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet business objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and delivery of products to key accounts.
  • Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.

  • Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the main point of contact for senior buyers and stakeholders at key retail accounts, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Attend account meetings, presentations, and negotiations, representing the company's interests at the highest level.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in key account management, with proven success managing large-scale retail accounts.
  • Experience within the consumer electronics sector, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and retail environments.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving account growth.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
