Job Description:

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work as a School Staff Nurse in our esteemed team at Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a skilled nurse, you will be responsible for providing healthcare services to children and young people in schools across the Bi-Borough area. With a strong focus on public health and wellness, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health Assessments: Conduct thorough health assessments for children and young people to identify potential health issues and provide necessary interventions.
  • Classroom Teaching: Deliver educational programs and workshops in schools to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
  • Safeguarding: Manage safeguarding caseloads and collaborate with social workers and other agencies to ensure the well-being of vulnerable children and families.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Registered nurse (RN1) with current NMC registration.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in children's/paediatric or adult settings, with a proven track record of effective multi-agency working.
Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,745 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience.
