Job Title: Lead School Nurse

About the Role:
The Society of Heads is seeking an experienced Lead School Nurse to provide high-quality medical services to pupils, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time position with a salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring up-to-date information and medication for medical needs, promoting wellbeing for pupils and staff, and providing first aid and medical support.

About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual with experience in school nursing and first aid. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A relevant qualification in nursing or a related field is essential, and previous experience in a school setting would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first aid and medical support to pupils, staff, and visitors* Ensure up-to-date information and medication for medical needs* Promote wellbeing for pupils and staff* Maintain accurate medical records and reports* Collaborate with teaching staff and other stakeholders to ensure effective healthcare delivery
