Commercial Administrator Role

Mobile Broadband Network Limited is seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Office, you will play a vital role in supporting the Commercial team in delivering high standards of procurement, commercial, supplier, and contract management.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the supplier onboarding process, maintaining up-to-date certification documents, monitoring the team mailbox, and supporting internal audits to ensure compliance with commercial processes. You will also be responsible for uploading parts to our ERP system via an Excel template and ensuring data accuracy in various systems.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of commercial processes. Familiarity with systems, such as SharePoint, is a plus. If you are a team player with a passion for commercial operations, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the supplier onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding of new suppliers.
  2. Maintain up-to-date certification documents for contracted suppliers.
  3. Monitor the team mailbox and respond to enquiries or forward to relevant personnel.
  4. Support internal audits to ensure compliance with commercial processes.
  5. Upload parts to the ERP system via an Excel template.
  6. Ensure data accuracy in various systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with systems, such as SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
