At Waythrough, we're dedicated to empowering individuals with mental health problems to reintegrate into the workforce. As a Careers Facilitator, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving this goal.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent motivational and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of the IPS model of working and its applications. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with community mental health teams, Early Intervention Into Psychosis Teams, partner organisations, local employers, and other relevant agencies.
Your primary objective will be to facilitate employment-focused goals for our clients, providing support, careers advice, and guidance. This includes offering training in personal and skills development, such as CV preparation and interview techniques. You'll also be responsible for managing efficient administrative systems to ensure timely completion of referrals, assessments, and reviews.
We're seeking a part-time (30 hours per week) permanent employee who is passionate about supporting individuals with mental health problems. A car driver with access to their own vehicle is required, as travel within the local area may be necessary. We're committed to increasing diversity and welcome applications from those with lived experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Surrey Employment Service, covering West Surrey and borders-wide. The successful candidate will be based in our Woking office. We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In addition to your salary, you'll have access to a range of benefits, including learning and development opportunities, and the chance to work with a dynamic organisation that values professionalism, insight, expertise, and passion.
