Phone Sales Executive

About the Role: As a Telesales Executive at Carnbrooke Meats, you will utilise your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets through upselling and product knowledge. Your primary responsibilities will include entering and updating customer information in our database, taking and processing orders accurately, and preserving our company's reputation by building relationships with customers.
Main Duties:
- Utilise inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets
- Provide industry leading service to our customers
- Support the foodservice sales team in developing new and existing business
- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company products and services
What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary of around £25-30K per annum depending on qualifications and experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
