Internal Sales Executive Specialist

About Us:
At Black Fox Solutions, we're a leading manufacturer and supplier of natural stone building and landscaping products in the UK and Ireland.
We're seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Lisburn. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.
Your Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in our showroom, providing exceptional customer service and building trust with our clients.
- Generate new leads and business relationships through cold calling and maintain existing relationships to drive repeat business.
- Negotiate sales and process orders in person, by phone, or via email, ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers.
- Lead and mentor our Depot sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Provide competitive pricing quotations for customers, staying up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.
What We Need from You:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the stone/construction/concrete industry.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and close out sales effectively.
- Great communication skills to understand client needs and negotiate sales accordingly.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of up to £35,000 (doe) + Commission.
- An 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday working schedule, with regular breaks and opportunities for professional development.
