Job Title: Community Empowerment ManagerAbout the Role

As a Community Empowerment Manager at The Wildlife Trusts, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's community work forward. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement programs that empower local communities to take action for nature and the climate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a growing team working on local and national campaigns
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders from diverse audiences
  • Manage projects and budgets effectively
  • Support volunteers and communities in their endeavors
  • Contribute to the development of strong relationships with key individuals and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in managing projects and budgets
  • Passion for nature and community work
  • Experience working with voluntary sector organizations
  • Strong people management skills
  • Excellent IT competence and Microsoft Office applications knowledge
