Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Community Empowerment Manager to develop and drive forward the Trust's work with local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the Trust's work and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community groups, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Identify and address community needs, and develop initiatives to meet those needs.
- Work closely with the Trust's team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local community and its needs.
