Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Fundraising and Community Engagement Officer to join our team at Community Resource. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for securing income from trusts and grants, as well as supporting corporate partnerships to generate vital funding for our organisation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Research and develop grant applications to secure funding from trusts and charitable organisations
  2. Engage with high-value donors and corporate supporters to build long-term relationships and secure income
  3. Track and report on income to ensure alignment with organisational goals
  4. Contribute to the development of fundraising strategies to drive income growth

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in corporate fundraising, grants, and trust applications, as well as proven relationship management and proposal-writing abilities. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the charity sector and corporate social responsibility trends.

What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,282 per annum (pro-rata for 22.5 hours), as well as hybrid working arrangements and flexible working hours.
