We are a rapidly successful startup advisory house specialising in luxury hospitality, seeking an exceptionally organised and commercially minded PA/Executive Assistant to support our founder directly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your inspiring organisational skills, impeccable communication skills, keen eye for accuracy and detail, entrepreneurial spirit, focused administrative capabilities, and good numeracy/data skills in a fast-paced and dynamic role.
**Responsibilities**
- Proactive diary management with extensive travel arrangements
- Email/inbox management and meeting coordination
- Diplomatic gatekeeping and client liaison
- Production of client documentation and presentations
- Maintaining databases and digital records
- Assistance in project management (managing corporate processes including client networking, events, marketing content, PR, social media)
- Managing office space and basic HR processes
**Requirements**
- Experience in a fast-paced PA/Ea/business support role with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities at short notice and be two steps ahead
- Detail-minded with excellent accuracy and confident communication skills
- Good business acumen with an entrepreneurial nature and strong administration skills
- IT literacy with strong MS Office skills
**Package**
- Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience
- Flexibility to work onsite or on a hybrid/remote working basis
