**Responsibilities**

  • Proactive diary management with extensive travel arrangements
  • Email/inbox management and meeting coordination
  • Diplomatic gatekeeping and client liaison
  • Production of client documentation and presentations
  • Maintaining databases and digital records
  • Assistance in project management (managing corporate processes including client networking, events, marketing content, PR, social media)
  • Managing office space and basic HR processes

**Requirements**

  • Experience in a fast-paced PA/Ea/business support role with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities at short notice and be two steps ahead
  • Detail-minded with excellent accuracy and confident communication skills
  • Good business acumen with an entrepreneurial nature and strong administration skills
  • IT literacy with strong MS Office skills

**Package**

  • Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience
