As a Purchase Ledger Administrator at McLaren Automotive, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our finance team to ensure smooth operations.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Process and reconcile UK and overseas purchase ledger invoices.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders, resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Perform additional tasks as required by the finance team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a finance department.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
