Job Description:
We are recruiting for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk Specialist to join our team in Woking. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, and communicating with suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a finance department, preferably in a purchase ledger clerk role. They will also possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process UK and overseas purchase ledger invoices.
- Reconcile supplier accounts.
- Communicate with suppliers via email and phone.
