At CV-Library, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience working with Sage software.

The salary for this role is approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
  • Process High-Volume Invoices: The successful candidate will be responsible for processing high-volume invoices by matching purchase orders to jobs, exporting, and importing them into Sage software.
  • Reconcile Purchase Ledger: Reconcile the purchase ledger for month-end, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Schedule Payment Runs: Prepare scheduled payment runs and weekly early payment runs, sending remittance advices to suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A foundational understanding of double-entry bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Sage software or similar accounting systems.
