Claims Associate - Financial Lines
About the Role
Finitas is seeking a skilled Claims Associate to join our Professional & Financial Risks team. As a Claims Associate, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Financial Lines claims, liaising with stakeholders and key business units, and utilizing ECF/CLASS to efficiently handle complex claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Financial Lines claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, brokers, and claims handlers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Utilize ECF/CLASS to efficiently handle complex claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in handling Financial Lines and Professional Indemnity claims.
- Lloyd's of London Insurance background, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
- Confidence in utilizing ECF/CLASS, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
