Exhibition Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across 2 Exhibitions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing a small but dedicated sales team, developing sales strategies, and nurturing relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our exhibition presence.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our exhibitions remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in exhibition sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • CRM and Sales Tools: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
