Exhibition Sales Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across two exhibitions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing a small but dedicated sales team, developing sales strategies, and nurturing relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Nurture relationships with exhibitors and sponsors to ensure successful event execution
  • Work closely with the founder and CEO to ensure alignment with company financial targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in exhibition sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • Knowledge of the exhibition and trade show industry
