Job Title: Senior Residential Childcare Manager
Job Summary: AAA SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Childcare Manager to oversee the care and well-being of children in our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for children based on their individual needs.
- Supervise a team of caregivers and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all care provided meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor the health and well-being of children, including administering medications and treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each child's care and progress.
- Stay informed about best practices in childcare and implement changes as needed.
- Handle any emergencies or challenging situations that may arise.
Requirements:
- Must be a registered manager for Children's residential home with a valid license.
- Level 3 or 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Recent experience working either as a Children's home registered Manager.
- Familiarity with assisted living, home care, or nursing home environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of de-escalation techniques and crisis management.
