The role is full-time based on a remote basis with occasional learner observations in person. This position offers a competitive salary up to £33k along with a generous holiday allowance.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring timely completion of each learner's qualification and preparing them for End Point Assessment. You will also promote adherence to deliver models and standard requirements, guaranteeing each learner progresses well and experiences high levels of satisfaction throughout their program.
Job Requirements:
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to a diverse caseload of learners
- Ensure full compliance with processes, policies, and procedures, adhering to regulations from Ofsted, ESFA, and EPAOs
- Promote enthusiasm for learning and adhere to deliver models and standard requirements
