Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Brett Martin is a leading manufacturer of plastic and building products, with a strong commitment to innovation and employee development. We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Machine Setter to join our team, working with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving optimum running conditions for Injection Moulding tools, machines, and processes. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to maximize efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control machine performance to achieve maximum efficiency
- Conduct material evaluations and analysis to optimize production processes
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and process development for new moulds and equipment
- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve production targets
Requirements:
- 3rd level qualification in a polymer science or mechanical engineering discipline
- Experience working with PVC and Polypropylene polymers
- Good working knowledge of Windows-based software
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
