About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a senior education administrator to join their team in Exeter. As a key member of the school administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient school operations and supporting the delivery of high-quality education.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration team to maintain smooth school operations
  • Uphold school values and manage recruitment processes
  • Oversee exams, ensuring compliance with regulations and using EdGen for exam scheduling and data management
  • Maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships within the school community

Requirements:

  • Experience in school administration or a similar role
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above

Salary: £13,040 - £14,520 per annum (based on 37 hours/week)
