An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bookkeeper & PA to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing finances, providing administrative support and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Job

This is a hybrid role that offers a unique blend of financial administration and personal assistance. You will be handling transactions, expenses, financial reporting, diaries, travel arrangements and accommodation bookings, as well as providing comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage finances, including handling transactions, expenses and financial reporting
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across departments
  • Handle and maintain accurate records, ensuring easy access to essential documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative or PA role
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in an accounts/bookkeeping role
  • Proficiency with Sage, Xero and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and strong organisational abilities
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
