We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at RSK Group. As a key member of our Executive Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our global operations and performance.

Working closely with our business unit managers and other senior executives, you will contribute to the company's business strategies, objectives, capabilities, and performance over both short and long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage operational budgets and resources to ensure the company can deliver its objectives and sustained performance.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with other senior executives and businesses in the RSK group to ensure efficient and effective coordination.
  • Monitor, report, and improve the company's operational practices and activities, including financial performance and communications.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate systems and procedures to ensure the company complies with relevant legal, quality, and governance standards.

Person Specification:

  • Familiarity with infrastructure/physical assets and their operational management in a business services environment.
  • Experience in working with different operating environments, cultures, and geographical regions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and consult regularly with colleagues, account managers, and other organizations in the RSK Group.
  • Strong desire and ability to provide best-in-class service.
  • Capability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to facilitate and accommodate growth, operational change, and cross-cultural, international collaboration.
  • Degree-level relevant qualifications or de facto equivalent experience.
  • High levels of competency using MSOffice software, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, using own initiative, with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • A full UK driving license.
