About the Role

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business relationships with key clients. You will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace.

You will be an integral part of the growth and development of future and repeat business, identifying business leads and developing customer accounts. You will also negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients, develop and implement creative local marketing channels, and prepare company contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
