Sales Director

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Newbury North.
About the RoleAs a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business relationships with key clients. You will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace.
You will be an integral part of the growth and development of future and repeat business, identifying business leads and developing customer accounts. You will also negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients, develop and implement creative local marketing channels, and prepare company contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies for revenue growth
- Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media
- Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients
- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
- Work with other departments to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong sales programs
