Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Lettings and Maintenance: Coordinate lettings and maintenance activities, including viewing appointments, property inspections, and defect repairs.
- Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community among residents, organizing events and initiatives to promote a positive living environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as processing offers, completing tenancy documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting any incidents or hazards to the FM manager.
Requirements:
- Customer Service: Strong customer service ethic and background.
- Lettings and Maintenance: BTR/lettings experience required.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Organizational: Organized and detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
Working Hours: 8AM – 8PM – 4 days on/4 days off (weekends/bank holidays included). Shifts may vary as per business needs.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 plus 10% discretionary bonus.
