SEE Services is seeking a skilled Senior Bid Coordinator to lead the tender management process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and excel at managing bids for projects throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and oversee all bids and tenders for projects
  • Request bids from portals, vendors, subcontractors, and contractors for services
  • Identify relevant bids through portal notification/searches and notify relevant members of staff
  • Prepare bids, bid summaries, bid packages, and bid documents
  • Manage tender workload and assist in the completion of supplier questionnaires
  • Compile and analyze bid data, assist in contract/tender negotiation, and present bid-related information
  • Provide direction to management, staff, and vendors regarding bid processes and communications
  • Liaise with relevant departments to compile all information, including finance, training, health and safety, and projects, to ensure successful completion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tender management and bid coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work closely with management, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth bidding procedures
