Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead our ophthalmology nursing team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As the Lead Ophthalmic Nurse, you will work closely with our clinicians to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient outcomes and promote best practice within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ophthalmology nursing team and provide guidance on best practice.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in veterinary nursing or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a referral practice and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $70,000 per annum salary.
