Nursing Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead our ophthalmology-specific nursing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established multidisciplinary practice in North Bristol, offering expertise in soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, and more.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care. They will also have the opportunity to take advantage of a range of benefits, including 6.6 weeks annual leave, private medical insurance, and a 550 CPD allowance with 3 days paid leave.
We offer a competitive salary up to £39,000 per annum (DOE) and a range of benefits to support work-life balance, including flexible working hours and a cycle to work scheme. Our ophthalmology department is equipped with cutting-edge technology and is part of a well-established practice with a range of facilities.
