Nursing Department Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Nursing Department Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursing team in Bristol. As a senior member of staff, you will be responsible for supervising nurses, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare laws and guidelines, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. This role requires a minimum of 48 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
