  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer care to our residents and their families, from initial inquiry to move-in.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, family members, and external partners, promoting a sense of community and support.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the scheduling, training, and performance management of the front-of-house team.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Promising Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
