Job Description:We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Hobbs London. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our high-quality premium products, and driving commercial growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Connect with our customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver the outstanding customer experience.
- Efficiently identify and advise our customers on outfit building, whether it be daywear, work wear, or wedding wear.
- Assist in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store, working effectively to promote our brand and products.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of fashion and styling expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
