About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Bicester Village. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a unique and personalized client experience, building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
- Embodies the attitudes of the Moncler Customer Experience: warmth, empathy, curiosity, agility, and business acumen.
- Achieve individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the team's objectives.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Moncler products and collections, advising clients on the best options.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and advanced skills in Clienteling, using various tools to retain customers, recruit new ones, and develop long-term relationships.
- Carry out day-to-day tasks, including floor management, customer reception, opening/closing of the store, and assisting with stock and store management.
- Support the management team in the development of the team, using on-the-spot coaching and training.
- Actively contribute to the training and development of new team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in structured fashion luxury/retail companies.
- Experience in international contexts, both professional and non-professional.
- Passion for retail, client service, and luxury fashion.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to evolve in the organization and relocate (if required).
- Fluency and sophistication in English and another language (a plus).
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
