We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Client Advisor to join our boutique in Bicester Village, Oxfordshire. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a personalized and exceptional experience for our clients, building long-term relationships, and driving sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' desires, needs, and expectations.
- Create a hand-crafted experience for each client, tailoring our services to meet their individual needs.
- Drive sales results by understanding client desires and creating a personalized experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building emotionally enriched relationships with clients.
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of luxury brands and products.
