Client Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our boutique in Bicester Village, Oxfordshire. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a personalized experience for our clients, understanding their needs and desires, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and tailoring the shopping experience to meet their needs.
- Provide expert knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations and offering solutions to meet client needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong product knowledge, with the ability to make recommendations and offer solutions to meet client needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
