Key Responsibilities

  • Establish enduring connections with clients and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Embody the fundamental principles of Moncler Customer Experience: warmth, empathy, curiosity, agility, and business insight.
  • Meet individual and team goals through effective client engagement and retention strategies.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Moncler's brand, offerings, and collections to better assist clients.
  • Employ clienteling techniques to cultivate and sustain customer relationships.
  • Support store operations, including floor management, customer service, and store upkeep.
  • Contribute to team growth by mentoring and training new team members.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within a luxury or retail setting.
  • International exposure is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for luxury fashion and client service.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Willingness to embrace new methodologies and adapt within the organization.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
