About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at Bottega Veneta UK Co Ltd. as part of our luxury fashion brand.

Your Mission

The Client Advisor will be entrusted with the mission to advise clients on our collections and share their passion for the brand in order to build strong relationships with them and create joyful, personalized, and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform with energy and passion, and be proactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Improve KPIs and effectively close sales by utilizing multiple technologies and sales channels.
  • Understand luxury, our collections, and fashion trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering the best-in-class service, in line with our Client Journey.
  • Embrace the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and advising on styling.
  • Support with stockroom duties and apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
