Key Responsibilities

As a Telephone and Administration Volunteer, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries over the phone and via email
  • Assisting with front-of-house duties, including cash handling and stock management
  • Completing administration procedures, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and donation targets
