Job Description

As a SEMH Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver tailored support to students. Your primary focus will be on providing emotional support and guidance to help students manage their mental health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Assist in the delivery of individual and group interventions aimed at promoting positive mental health outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the senior pastoral team to identify and address student needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Psychology or Criminology (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
What We Offer
