Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a recent Psychology or Criminology graduate to support the mental health of vulnerable young people in a specialist school near Guildford. This challenging yet rewarding role involves working with students aged 10-16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the Opportunity:
- Support students with SEMH needs in a dynamic environment
- Identify and address individual risks and needs, escalating where necessary
- Develop strong relationships with students and colleagues
- Contribute to a team providing consistency and equipping children with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered, and able to succeed in life
Requirements:
- Recent Psychology or Criminology graduate
- Previous experience in a relevant field is advantageous but not essential
- Training, support, and CPD provided to ensure safeguarding of all students
- Right to work in the UK required
The Role Offers a Competitive Daily Rate of £85-£95 and an Excellent On-Site Training Program.
