Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to grow, service, and manage retail and trade accounts in the South East and Central regions. This role involves creating demand, building strong customer relationships, and positioning ASR International as the go-to solutions partner in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management: Drive sales growth across the designated area, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Customer Training: Deliver tailored training plans to develop and secure brand advocates within customer accounts.
  • Account Development: Work closely with distributors, national merchants, and independent showrooms to develop existing relationships and secure new business.
  • Sales Initiatives: Present and execute sales initiatives that align with the company's growth targets and sales cycles.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report market insights, identifying opportunities to enhance customer offerings and drive revenue.
  • Product Promotion: Proactively sell the full product range (bathroom, kitchen, ceramics, and flushing systems), addressing gaps in customer portfolios.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships across key channels, working collaboratively with all internal teams.
Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits package and long-term career opportunities.
