The Head of UK Growth Marketing will drive customer acquisition and conversion through innovative marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and optimizing digital marketing channels.
About the RoleThis senior strategic leader will develop and execute high-scale growth-focused marketing strategies, collaborating with sales teams to ensure capacity and routing efficiency for inbound marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage data analytics to assess campaign performance and inform decisions to lower customer acquisition costs while increasing customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with company-wide business goals.
- Develop and execute cross-functional marketing strategies, including content, SEO, SEM, digital, social media, email campaigns, and partner marketing.
- Maintain strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to inform marketing strategies.
- 10 years of growth marketing experience, focusing on demand generation, growth marketing, and digital acquisition.

- Familiarity with a range of mar-tech and analytics tools.
