We are looking for a talented Digital Acquisition Manager to join our UK team in Square, responsible for driving the growth of our UK sales pipeline through effective digital acquisition strategies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key role in driving the growth of our UK sales pipeline. As a Digital Acquisition Manager, you will be accountable for designing and delivering a comprehensive digital acquisition programme that meets both lead volume and quality targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successfully implementing digital acquisition strategies. You will work closely with our sales team, data analysts, and global lead gen function to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.

Your primary focus will be on analysing market-level MQLs, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data insights to inform your decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our database of existing leads, developing nurture programmes, and ensuring accurate tracking and measurement of all campaigns.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of digital acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyse market-level MQLs and inform decision-making.
  • Experience working with Marketo, Salesforce, and marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with ABM campaigns across multiple channels.
