About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Children and Young People's Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Getting Help team, you will play a vital part in providing early mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate mental health problems.
  • Work independently to deliver high-quality, outcome-informed, low-intensity therapy-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and provide training and workshops for professionals, parents, and carers, and children and young people.
  • Actively promote the whole-system approach to developing and maintaining emotional health and wellbeing within and across services.
