Caregiver for Vulnerable Young People

Supply Staff Limited is recruiting nationwide for Support Workers who want to make a difference in a young person\u2019s life. Our mission is to help them regain trust in others and believe in themselves.
The young people we support often exhibit very challenging behaviour and require a high level of support.
To support them effectively, you will need the following skills:
* You must communicate clearly and respectfully with vulnerable young people and your team.
* Office skills: Writing reports, updating computer records, and other basic IT skills are necessary.
* Reliability: You will be a caregiver for vulnerable children. A minimum of 1 year\u2019s UK experience working with Looked After Children of secondary school age.
* An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
* A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
* Your CV must account for all periods since finishing senior school, with explanations for any gaps in employment over 1 month.
* If you have lived or worked overseas for 6 months or more at any time in the last 10 years while aged 18 or older, an overseas police check is required.
