Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dedicated Complex Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at a secondary school catering to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour support plans that address the unique needs of each student.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for sport and physical activities, using them as a tool for engagement, relationship-building, and development of positive behaviours.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide tailored support to students with complex SEMH needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour support plans that align with school policies and procedures.
  • Use sport and physical activities to promote emotional well-being and inspire positive change in students' lives.

Salary Information:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. This role is subject to relevant checks and clearances.
