About the Opportunity:

This 1:1 Learning Coach position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs. You will work closely with the child, their family, and educational team to develop personalized support plans and strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to the child, promoting engagement and progress in the classroom.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the child's family and educational team.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in autism support and behavioural intervention.

About You:

  • You will have relevant experience in autism support or behavioural intervention.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to build effective relationships with the child's family and educational team.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Chorley, Lancashire.
