Job Description:

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at this excellent secondary school. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work with students in small groups or one-to-one to provide support and guidance.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for supporting children with challenging behaviour that may have experienced early life trauma. You will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies to help pupils overcome their difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviour
  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
  • Assist with lesson planning and classroom management

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, psychology, social work)
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
  • Right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £100 per day, dependent on experience. This role also offers a range of benefits, including access to free accredited training courses and support with interview preparations.
