Vendor Liaison

We are a market-leading company seeking a highly motivated Vendor Manager experienced in translation working on Life Science/Pharma clients to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand freelance needs and develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to attract top-tier talent in medical translation, writing, and copywriting.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct interviews, administer tests, and assess freelance candidates to determine their suitability for various roles within the organisation.
- Onboarding: Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Translation, Languages, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management/ recruiting translators, writers, and copywriters specializing in Pharma, Life Sciences, and Medicine.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and industry trends within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Track Record: Proven success in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
