Job Title: Supplier Relationship Manager

Location: Flexible working options / locations available

Salary & Package: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Strong Pension Scheme + Life Assurance + Private Medical + 28 days holiday

Sea Global is currently working with a leading Insurance business who turn over billions globally. They are an award-winning, global powerhouse who would be a great name for anyone to have on their CV.

The role will have a heavy focus on strategic management across tier 1 vendors, working closely with both internal and external customers. The role reports into the Head of Supplier Management and will also have responsibilities to manage a Supplier Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Supplier Management and manage another junior member of the team
  • Ensure alignment between the business and suppliers on Business Strategy to maximise the value of the relationship
  • Be the voice of the Supplier within the business and departments
  • Nurture company-wide productive relationships at all levels and across different subject matter interest groups
  • Ensure operational compliance against risk control frameworks managed by the business and covered under contract

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role within a large, complex organisation
  • Demonstrable experience within end-to-end best practice Supplier Relationship Management with internal and external vendors
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritise
